A little about me.....I was born in 1981....I started training when I was 17, running for 10 minutes and 10 crunches morning and night 😂. We all have to start somewhere!

This turned into 2 hour sessions in the gym, 6 days a week! (This was good at the time, but through years of experience, you don't need to train for this length of time!)

I ran a marathon, numerous half marathons across Europe and then I found my love of obstacle races and mud!

After friends asking me to write circuits and train with them, I realised my passion. I wanted to share my experiences and help other like minded people get the body they deserve.

I have a 6 year old and a 3 year old. Since having my first baby I completed my pre and post natal fitness instructors course. I realised how important it is to know what exercises are safe to do during and after pregnancy. This also helps me have the knowledge to train clients. Whether this may be helping to prepare your body for child birth or post baby to strengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles, or to help with Diastasis recti. Knowing what exercise is safe to do when pregnant and then post pregnancy is so important.

As well as being a personal trainer I also work part time so I fully understand how having a busy life, whether with a family or work, can be hard to find time to exercise and eat correctly.

I want to be able to share my experiences and keep it realistic!

Boxercise Class

An hour long Boxercise class. This is a fitness class with some boxing. you will get hot and sweaty. I run this class in my gym at my home for a handful of people every Thursday and adhoc classes at the start of the week. You only need to bring some water and some energy!

Outdoor Circuit Class

Outdoor circuit class on the lower part of the Vine. Women only! 45 minute session in all weather with kit. £7 per session, you only need a mat and some water 8am - 0845am every Sunday

I highly recommend Laura, she is brilliant! In 6 months I have lost a stone and dropped 2 dress sizes. I love that my workouts are always varied so I don't get bored. Laura is always on hand to give moral support when I'm struggling with motovation and answer any questions. She's been the perfect balance with being realistic with things like diet and strict when she knows I'm not giving 100%. I wouldn't train with anyone else!
