Once we have met discussed your goals I will write you a 4 week plan. The workouts can also be emailed to you, so you can do these at your leisure.

We will assess your progress every 4 weeks. I can also help you with food choices, not dieting but life style changes of what has helped me. 

I will listen to what you want to achieve. I will be open and honest and we will work together to achieve your goals.
